Aylaan (Translation: Alien) is a Tamil-language science fiction film released in 2024. The lead roles are played by Sivakarthikeyan and Rakul Preet Singh. The cast also includes Sharad Kelkar, Esha Koppikar, Karunakaran, Yogi Babu, David Broughton-Davies, Bhanupriya, and Bala Saravanan. Notably, the voice of Aylaan (the alien) is provided by Siddharth.
Aylaan Movie Story
Tamizh is an honest and nature-loving young man who leads a very simple life. However, under pressure from his mother, he moves to Chennai in search of a job. There, he meets Sugirtharaja, who runs a “Surprise Party” agency. Tamizh joins this team.
At one of their events, Tamizh encounters a being from another planet named Tattoo. Tattoo has come to Earth to retrieve a mysterious energy source called “Spark.” This element is immensely powerful and can cause devastation if it falls into the wrong hands. Though initially frightened by Tattoo, Tamizh gradually forms a deep bond of friendship with him. He even introduces Tattoo to his group of friends.
Meanwhile, a greedy scientist named Aryan is also after the Spark. He once had it in his possession, but it was lost and eventually found by a young girl. Tamizh and Tattoo recover it from the girl, but Aryan soon learns about this and begins to pursue them. However, he cannot take the Spark directly. Aryan possesses Tattoo’s spaceship, which he acquired after a crash shown at the beginning of the film.
Towards the end, Tattoo decides to return to his home planet. Tamizh helps him retrieve the spaceship. But just as Tattoo is about to leave, Aryan’s associate Eliza stabs Tamizh. Tattoo returns, uses his powers to save Tamizh, and grants him special abilities. However, Eliza then knocks Tattoo unconscious, kidnaps him, and steals the Spark. Tamizh and his friends believe Tattoo has left, unaware of what has really happened.
