Story of Crank 2:
Chev Chelios (Statham) falls from a helicopter and lands on the road. Some gangsters take him away. After three months, Chev wakes up in a small, strange hospital. This is where his crazy adventure begins again.
Some Chinese doctors have stolen his real heart and put in a battery-powered heart. After waking up, Chev escapes. But to stay alive, he has to keep recharging himself. If the outside battery dies, he only has 60 minutes to live using the backup battery inside him.
At one point, a car crash breaks the battery. Then he uses jumper cables with the help of a driver to charge himself! Chev runs from place to place to find his heart and fights his enemies along the way.
