In 1996, a meeting was held about the Cricket World Cup’s security. Arms dealer Daya and his brother Yethi were a threat. The police captured Yethi’s man and questioned him. They found out that Yethi was meeting Muruga, a politician and smuggler.

Officer Shivam and his team went to Ratnagiri undercover. They met the village chief, Bhaira, but he refused to help with smuggling. Later, they met a boatman named Singappa. Shivam saw skeletons under the water and got scared.

Twelve years ago, the villagers became smugglers. Devara, the village chief, worked with Bhaira for Muruga. One day, the coast guard caught them with illegal weapons, which caused a villager’s death.

Devara decided to stop smuggling. Bhaira and others didn’t like it and tried to kill him, but they failed. Devara disappeared and left a message on a rock saying he would stop smuggling.

His son, Vara, was quiet and shy. He thought his father had left him. Later, they found out Devara was dead. Vara had been secretly attacking smugglers.

Vara pretended to be weak so people thought Devara was still alive. This helped stop smuggling.

In the end, Vara killed Bhaira’s men and brought their bodies to scare the villagers. When Shivam asked who killed Devara, it was revealed that Vara had killed his own father.
