Three school friends — Babui, Dolly, and Toya — dream of a better future. One wants to be a doctor, another a nurse, and the third an engineer. They want to help people. But life is hard. They are poor, and their dreams seem out of reach. Still, they don’t give up.
The story shows how they try to make their dreams come true. They find an old, half-built building and turn it into a small hospital. They collect broken medical tools, parts of old TVs, and even scissors thrown away by a barber. A kind police officer and a helpful man named Bimal-da support them with small help and encouragement.
Then a big problem comes — Babui’s father becomes very sick. They need a lot of money to take him to a doctor, but they don’t have it. Babui decides to treat his father himself. He and his friends steal an oxygen cylinder. This changes the story in a big way.
“Onko Ki Kothin?” is not just a story about children. It is about dreams, friendship, courage, and hope. The director shows real problems in society through the eyes of kids. This movie is not only for children — adults will also find lost hope and strength in it.
