Story Summary:
The story begins by showing a family. The family has three sons and one daughter. They all used to live together in their village home. Later, the children moved abroad for higher studies. One son lives in the USA, another in Canada, and the daughter lives in Australia.
A festival is coming soon in the village. Krishnamurthy’s wife wants all the children to come home. But Krishnamurthy does not want to ask them. In the past, they did not come even after many requests. His wife says if the children don’t come this time, she will go to them herself.
After thinking a lot, Krishnamurthy sends an email to the children. He writes that he wants to divorce their mother. He tells them to come and take her with them. The children are shocked. They wonder why their parents want to separate at this age.
