The movie Sahosika was released in theaters on August 10, 2021.

Story Summary:
The movie begins with a young woman named Faria Sultana. She bravely files a rape case against her boyfriend, Mehedi Mahbub. Mehedi is the son of a rich and powerful businessman. Because of this, Faria faces many problems in society and in court.
In a flashback, we see that Mehedi liked Faria since college. He followed her and stood in front of her house for hours. Later, they started a relationship. One day, Mehedi took Faria to a quiet house. There, he forced himself on her, even though she said no.
After this painful event, Faria goes to the court for justice. But Mehedi’s lawyer says it was a consensual relationship. A tough legal fight begins in court.
The main question of the film is:
Will Faria get justice with truth and courage? Or will money, power, and influence defeat her?
