Story Summary:
The movie starts on an airplane. A mother is sitting with her son and enjoying the flight. A strange man sits beside her. He keeps looking at her. After some time, he searches online and finds that the woman once acted in some inappropriate videos.
He starts blackmailing her. He says he will show the videos to her son if she does not do what he says. Just then, another man named Sanjay stops him. A fight breaks out on the plane.
Sanjay is not just any man. He is the last king of Rajkot, and people call him Sikandar with respect. The man he fought is Arjun, the son of the Home Minister. The case becomes a national issue. The government sends a strict officer named Prakash to catch Sikandar.
But catching Sikandar is not easy. The people of Rajkot come out to support their king. Even the law seems confused.
